We stayed here in September 2024. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one was very affordable, especially given the season. This hotels has recently been renovated, but you wouldn’t know it from the room that we had. While it was clean, both the bedroom and the bathroom look very old and dated. We didn’t particularly care because we weren’t in the room much, but definitely something I’d consider if you plan on being in the room more than we were. The hotel has a coffee shop that was open until 3, the staff working there were very friendly and helpful.

I am not from Colorado, but I visit Boulder several times a year. I wanted to branch out and try some different arrangements this year. Still, I will admit that I was a little skeptical about a local hotel option instead of a chain hotel (where you always know what you will get, even if what you get is somewhat mediocre). However, now I am thrilled that I came across The Boulder Broker Inn. It is a different experience from a chain hotel - and in a good way! The feature that stood out to me the most was the top-notch customer service. Every staff member I came in contact with at The Boulder Broker Inn was upbeat, helpful, and personable. It made my overall experience so enjoyable. It seems that the owner(s) have done some recent renovations, and although I did not get a chance to see the “before,” the “after” looks lovely - including the pool and tiki bar area. Other perks worth mentioning: If you are visiting a CU Boulder student, this hotel is only a few steps away from the Will Vill dorms The hotel restaurant - the Boulder Swim Club - is well-known to locals and has all 5-star reviews on Google. Easy access/walking distance to multiple dining options, including Dark Horse, Carelli’s, Cosmo’s Pizza, Sprouts Farmers Market, and a Mexican restaurant If you are looking for a place to stay in the Boulder area, I recommend you check out the Boulder Broker Inn.

Hotel has a really neat vibe! The decor is dark wood and unique with the old fashioned key wall behind the desk. Pool area is magical and the pool is slightly heated. Rooms are clean and simple. Highly recommend!

Tales of the Broke and Broker. Be honest, we're all looking at the Broker Inn because it's the cheapest hotel in Boulder. We were in town for a concert and if you're someone just looking for a cheap, convenient place just to sleep, then this is the place for you. The hotel itself has easy, free parking. The lobby is old school and quite beautiful and the front staff desk were very nice and a cash snack bar open all night. The room... it was a clean, place to sleep. We had a king sized bed in a brown and dimly lit 1970s friend's basement. Old bed, old pillows, old plumbing. Smells musty, but wasn't dusty. The hotel itself is perfectly located for multiple bus lines and access to campus. There are also good, convenient restaurants and a Sprouts. 4 stars, but 10/10 would stay again.

Joseph at the front desk is awesome. Sunday after the big game in Boulder he got us a super quiet, comfortable room very quickly. After a big weekend of traveling the Boulder Broker Inn and Joseph's warm smile was just what we needed. Thanks

Friendly staff, well priced and great location. There are many updates and improvements taking place here. It is an exciting time to stay and especially with the new restaurant opening here this fall. Check it out. The Boulder Broker is the quintessential Buffs hotel.

What a fantastic swanky hotel! Loved our stay. Stayed for the Boulder bolder Ave was able to easily bike to the start line and downtown Pearl Street. Need an Uber? Was only about $9 for us to ride to downtown. If you staying for a bit longer bring a cooler as there aren’t any fridge/microwaves in the room. Really hoping no one finds out about this spot so we can book for next year ;).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Boulder Broker Inn, and I must say, the improvements made to this establishment are truly impressive. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with a sense of freshness and renewed energy that immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. The first thing that caught my eye was the striking new paintwork both inside and outside the hotel, it adds modern touch but also creates an inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident, as every nook and cranny of the property seems to have been given a fresh coat, bringing out the best in its architectural features. The investment in new carpeting throughout the hotel is truly commendable. Walking through the hallways and into my room, I was met with plush, soft carpeting that enhanced the overall comfort and cosiness of the space. Not only is it visually appealing, but it also provides a sense of luxury and warmth, making it a pleasure to traverse the hotel's corridors. The staff at The Boulder Broker Inn deserves a special mention. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident from the moment I arrived. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of outstanding. Their knowledge of the local area and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns made me feel right at home. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. In these challenging times, it was reassuring to see the rigorous measures in place to maintain a safe and pristine environment. The attention to detail in keeping all areas immaculate, from the lobby to the rooms, was truly impressive and contributed to my peace of mind throughout my stay. In conclusion, The Boulder Broker Inn has undergone a remarkable transformation. With its fresh paint, new carpeting, exceptional service, and commitment to cleanliness, it has truly elevated the guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay. Well done to the management and staff for their dedication in creating a truly exceptional establishment!

We stay at the Broker every time we’re in Boulder. They have remodeled it since the last we were here and it looks fabulous. They have painted it, put new carpet in, redid the pool area, and remodeled the front desk area. The Manager, Terry says there’s more to come. I can’t wait to see what else there doing to it.

This place is a little bit dated, and a little bit odd. The front entryway and stuff are all made out to be pretty formal/ fancy, but the dark wood in the rooms is a little much, carpet seems old, bathroom floor was a little sticky, floor to ceiling mirrors in the room was a bit odd as well. The top of the bed was completely detached from the bed itself, and the furniture kind of matches-ish. (Kind of seems thrifted) Besides that, the room was clean, the bedding was clean, so it's a fine place to stay.
